Cut through the hype and hysteria—find out the real state of embedded security in these days of increased cyber attacks, malware, and other malicious mischief. Today’s modern embedded systems are highly interconnected and risks rise as these interconnections extend to the Internet. While the Stuxnet worm in 2010 raised the awareness of embedded system security within the mainstream media, it’s tough to discern the real dangers in the midst of all that hot air. So what can you do—today—to improve the security of your embedded design projects?

Join Marc Brown from Wind River and Tim Fulkerson from McAfee, world leaders in computer security, as they explore the current state of embedded security, examine the impact of global connectivity and significant growth of intelligent connected devices, and discuss the threat from well-funded organizations exploiting cyber attacks on these systems. And get practical steps for improving the security of your embedded devices—even in the face of increasing attacks.
