Andreas Roessler is technology manager for North America at Rohde & Schwarz, Inc. with focus on LTE/LTE-Advanced. His responsibilities include strategic marketing and product portfolio development regarding LTE/LTE-Advanced. He joined Rohde & Schwarz in 2008. Prior to this he worked as product manager at Willtek Communications. He has more than 7 years of experience in the mobile industry and in wireless technologies. He graduated from Otto-von-Guericke University in Magdeburg, Germany, and holds a master degree in communication engineering.



Guenter Pfeifer, Product Manager R&S CMW500, Rohde & Schwarz Germany
Guenter Pfeifer joined Rohde & Schwarz in Munich in 1997. He has spent most of his time at the company working as a product manager for mobile communications systems. For roughly the last 12 years, he has been responsible for test solutions such as the R&S CMU200 and R&S CMW500, focusing on 3GPP-related technologies ranging from GSM/GPRS and EDGE to WCDMA and HSDPA/HSUPA. For about the last two years, he has been in charge of LTE FDD and TD-LTE integration in the R&S CMW500. Guenter holds a degree in electrical engineering from the University of Applied Sciences in Kempten, Germany, and wrote his thesis at the Helsinki University of Technology.
