Implementing Industrial and Low-Power Applications using Freescale's Kinetis ARM(R) Cortex(TM)-M4-Based Microcontrollers
Overview:
Learn about the highly efficient math and low power capabilities of the ARM Cortex-M4 core and Freescale’s Kinetis advanced peripherals at the second in a series of three live webinars presented by Arrow Electronics, Freescale Semiconductor, and ARM.
Over the course of this webinar series, we will dive into the features of the new Cortex-M4-based Kinetis portfolio, its applications, and the ecosystem of tools and software surrounding it.
This second webinar in the 3-part series shows specific industrial and low power application examples and discusses the features of the new Cortex-M4 core and the Kinetis families of microcontrollers. The first webinar provided an overview of the core & peripheral features. Now, through a series of application examples, we demonstrate how the combination of the highly efficient math and low power capabilities of the ARM Cortex-M4 core and the differentiating benefits of the Freescale’s Kinetis advanced features creates integrated solutions addressing a broad array of applications across many markets.
You will also learn about the applications for the Kinetis families:
- Specific hardware capabilities for accelerating control and signal processing algorithms
- FlexMemory features
- Low Leakage Wake up unit (LLWU) for energy management
- Specific communication peripherals
