The webcast will take you through the process for optimizing a 50W balanced RF Amplifier with GaN on SiC HEMT transistors. We will provide an overview of the final stage matching network and layout as well as splitter/combiner network.
We will also discuss the importance of thermal considerations and electromagnetic analysis in the design, and offer a comparison of the expected modeled versus measured performance will be detailed.
