Kirk Saban, Senior
Product Line Manager at Xilinx, is responsible for worldwide marketing
activities for the high-performance Virtex-7 T/XT FPGA families. Before joining
Xilinx’s worldwide marketing organization, Kirk worked as a Field Applications
Engineer at Xilinx supporting Tier 1 Telecom Manufacturers. Prior to Xilinx, he
began his electronics career at RTDS Technologies doing FPGA and DSP design.
Kirk graduated from the University of Manitoba with a Bachelor of Science degree
in electrical engineering.
Smerdon, Strategic Marketing Manager, Xilinx
Maureen Smerdon is a
Strategic Marketing Manager with over 10 years experience at Xilinx, responsible
for 7 series FPGA marketing and worldwide product line management of the
Spartan-6 FPGA family. Prior to joining Xilinx, Maureen held marketing
management roles at Lattice Semiconductor and Advanced Micro Devices. Maureen
holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology from California
Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
Technical Marketing Manager, Xilinx
Harry Fu is a Technical
Marketing Manager focusing on FPGA transceiver high-speed capability at Xilinx.
His responsibilities include customer support, product demonstrations and
technical collateral development. Prior to Xilinx, Harry worked at Altera in the
FPGA test development area and then in applications and technical service for
signal integrity. He holds a BS degree in electrical engineering from Tsinghua
University and a MS degree from the University of Nevada.
