The document introduces MYIR’s MYD-C437X development board and MYC-C437X CPU Module based on TI AM437x family of ARM Cortex-A9 processors which can work at up to 1GHz. The CPU Modules integrate all the core components including the AM437x processor, 512MB DDR3, 4GB eMMC Flash, 32KB EEPROM, Gigabit Ethernet PHY and PMIC. It has two 0.8mm pitch 2*50-pin board-to-board connectors to provide an interface for the base board to carry all the I/O signals to and from the CPU module. On the base board, a set of peripherals have been brought out through headers and connectors like two serial ports, four USB Host ports, one USB OTG port, dual Gigabit Ethernet ports, one CAN, one RS485, two camera interfaces, one Micro SD, HDMI, LCD, Touch screen and more others. MYIR has ported Linux 3.12.10 on the MYD-C437X platform and offers software packages and documents as well as some necessary cable accessories along with the development board delivery. MYIR also offers 4.3-inch or 7-inch LCD modules, WiFi and camera modules as options.
