Today’s technologies are combining processing power with sensors and analog circuitry at a scale that could only be dreamed of in the past. To be successful in the market, these combined systems must also work with reasonable power consumption and be reliable over long periods of time, often in challenging conditions. These operational and market requirements influence what design companies must  accomplish at the chip level during design, implementation, and verification. Analog design companies must ensure their SoCs can provide the power integrity and operational reliability that consumers expect and require.
