This paper presents the development of the electro-thermal model of OLED (Organic Light Emitting Diode) devices for circuit-level simulation. The model is based on I-V measurements at ten different temperatures and describes the forward and reverse bias of OLED devices between 5°C and 50°C. The final objective is to develop a cost-effective roll-to-roll technology of fabricating large-surface, high-output OLEDs.
