In a time when users expect systems that run 24/7, it is important to understand what can happen to a storage sub-system during a power disturbance. Power signal irregularities are quite common and can ultimately result in corruption of a storage sub-system. Designers should have a tool to help them characterize the integrity of the storage sub-system in any number of power events. This paper enables engineers to create a power test system to help identify anomalies before systems are deployed to the field.
