In this webcast, we discuss the various technologies that may be applied to mmWave beamforming systems for 5G basesations. We start with an overview of the use cases, which in turn influence the radio architectures that best suit the deployment case. We then dive into the factors which determine the best technology choices for the selected radio architecture and examine the tradeoffs.

Attendees will learn:

  • Deployment models and path loss
  • Beamforming architectures and implementations
  • Technology choices for mmWave beamformers
