This educational note from Rohde & Schwarz covers the theory and practice of digital storage oscilloscopes. It explains in theory the basic operating concepts for digital oscilloscopes and discusses the most important set-up parameters to be considered when setting up and performing the exercise measurements. The practical portion contains detailed measurement tasks.
