The LTC6268 Op Amp family delivers accuracy for high gain, high speed transimpedance amplifier and sensor conditioning circuits, with just 3 femtoamperes input bias current at room temperature and 0.9 pA max at 85°C. For photodiode, CCD and other high impedance sensor circuits, this stable low bias current, combined with 4GHz gain-bandwidth product, extremely low input capacitance and low noise provide outstanding performance in a small footprint. The LTC6268-10 is stable with a min gain of 10; a unity gain stable version is also available.
