Bill Kardine specializes in general purpose test equipment and is an Application Engineer in a technologically diverse area outside of Washington, D.C. Bill is an expert in integrating test equipment in to wireless, defense and government applications. Bill has been with Rohde & Schwarz for 2 years, and prior to that he spent 4 years in the Aerospace and Defense community testing high power radar systems. In addition, Bill has a B.E. in Electrical Engineering and a B.S. in Physics from the University of Delaware along with a Masters in Electromagnetics from UCLA.
