David Ridgeway
Senior Strategic Marketing Manager, Wireline Communications Group

David Ridgeway is the senior strategic marketing manager for the wireline communications group at Altera Corporation. His tasks include product planning of future programmable architectures and I/O connectivity interfaces for the Communications Group and defining wireline intellectual property solutions. He has been involved in the design of the multi-serial protocol development system with PMC-Sierra which demonstrates interfacing PMC-Sierra's discrete SerDes to Altera's FPGAs and structured ASICs. Mr. Ridgeway holds a BS in electrical engineering technology from Cogswell Polytechnic College and has over 19 years of experience with PLX Technologies, Sebring Systems, Xilinx and GTE.

Arash Haidari-Khabbaz
Product Line Manager, PMC-Sierra Inc.

Arash Haidari-Khabbaz is a Product Line Manager in PMC-Sierra's Enterprise and Storage Division. Mr. Haidari-Khabbaz has over six years of experience in the high-technology industry. He has worked at PMC-Sierra for the past five years, and manages all of PMC-Sierra's discrete SerDes and Retimer devices. He specializes in high-speed serial I/O technologies and is focused on providing solutions for customer high-speed interfaces.

Mr. Haidari-Khabbaz holds a Bachelors of Applied Science in Electronic Engineering and a Masters of Engineering in Micro Electronics from Simon Fraser University.
