Mr. Allen is vice president of Offer Management for Level 3's Business Markets Group, and has responsibility for growing the company's business in the Enterprise segment. Over the past five years, he has held a number of positions within Level 3 including product management, business development, merger and acquisition, and integration support.
Before joining Level 3, Mr. Allen focused on delivering products and technology solutions to the Enterprise market through a series of merger and acquisition activities and joint ventures for a major international telecommunications provider. Prior to that, he spent several years as a strategy consultant to the telecommunications industry.
Mr. Allen holds a masters degree in Finance and Technology Marketing.
