High Power Amplifier Design Using Accurate Non-Linear Models in Agilent Genesys RF/MW Software
Overview:
Simulation based design is emerging as an increasingly practical and cost effective alternative to "build-tune-test-iterate" methods. A high power amplifier design technique is described for using Agilent Genesys RF/microwave software with accurate non-linear transistor models.

A 900MHz class AB LDMOS amplifier with combined goals of 5W and at least 50% PAE will be used as a case study for this design technique.

Duration: One hour
