DESCRIPTION
This course provides an overview of the CAN peripheral in Renesas M16C and R8C microcontrollers that is used to build networked, multiprocessor embedded systems. It also describes the Application Programming Interface (API) used to program that on-chip CAN peripheral. These basic technical details will help you design reliable, cost-effective distributed systems to link together a network of MCUs.
