DESCRIPTION
Welcome to this next module of the H8 Super Low Power MCU Introduction Course. This module explains several types of CPU states that you need to know about when designing with the SLP MCU. These states include the CPU's basic operating states, exception-handling states and power-down modes.

PREREQUISITES
The H8/300L Super Low Power (SLP) microcontroller course was developed for engineers who want to learn more about power-efficient devices that can improve battery operated embedded systems. This course bridges the gap between the basic technical information in a product brief and the detailed data provided by a comprehensive hardware manual. To get the most out of this course, you should be familiar with microcontrollers in general, and should understand core issues related to the design and development of embedded control systems.

ESTIMATED TIME
