DESCRIPTION
This course provides an overview
of IP phone technology including phone market
trends, features and benefits of IP phone
technology and market enablers. You'll also be
introduced to the markets and technology
associated with Voice-over DSL, Gateway
platforms, Remote Access Servers, and Voice-over
Cable products. You'll become familiar with the
system requirements and features to ensure
performance and interoperability of these
products.

A general understanding of networks and telephony
