Dick Benson, The MathWorks
Dick Benson is an Applications Engineer located in Saratoga, CA. Previous to his joining the MathWorks in August of 2001, he was a development engineer in the Test and Measurement industry. During this period, Dick worked for General Radio, Tektronix, and DSP Technology. He was also the co-founder of two small startups which were subsequently acquired by Tek and DSP Technology. The signal analysis and measurement products Dick developed involved considerable DSP and mixed-signal technology. Dick has been an avid MATLAB user since 1986, and his latest products relied on MATLAB for their graphical user interface and post processing of measurement data.
