Driven by the
demand for seamless acoustic human-machine interfaces, acoustic
signal processing aims at suppressing echoes, noise, and
reverberation at both the listeners' ears or in the recorded
signals. Fundamental structures for acquisition and reproduction of
speech and audio are discussed for both the single-channel and
multi-channel case.
