Overview:
The topic for this web seminar is "Embedded Debug". For our discussion, an embedded system means a computer encapsulated in a specialized electronic device. For example, a cell phone or a network router would be considered an embedded system. In an embedded system, there are various busses used to connect a variety of different integrated circuits. Specifically, we will address test methods for DDR memory, PCI Express embedded busses, and FPGAs. Several test challenges for embedded systems stem from the efforts in miniaturization and low-cost mass manufacturing. Agilent has a variety of logic analyzer products uniquely tailored to help embedded designers with the challenges associated with embedded design.
