Overview:
With increasing data rates and increasing bandwidth available in real-time oscilloscopes, many designers are asking "How much oscilloscope bandwidth do I need to make reliable signal integrity measurements such as eye diagrams and jitter on high-data-rate serial interfaces?" This webcast will demonstrate that accepted rules of thumb such as "the 5th harmonic" may not be valid in many cases. The presentation will be based on actual measurements rather than theoretical approaches, eliminating any ambiguity as to which theory to believe.
Designers who view this webcast will be able to make better informed decisions about the tools required for their critical signal integrity measurements and know how to evaluate the right tradeoffs.
