Neil Hand is member of the Cadence Vertical Solutions Marketing group focusing on the impacts of low power on digital design, especially as it relates to the wireless and communications market segments.

Mr. Hand has more than 17 years of experience in engineering design, customer support, sales, and marketing for industry-leading EDA companies in the design and verification space, including Cadence, Mentor/0-In, Averant, Get2Chip, and Synopsys. Prior to that he was a telecommunications design expert at Ericsson. Mr. Hand holds a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree and a Bachelor of Science Computing degree from the Queensland University of Technology, Australia.

Peter Wells, Director of Solution Architects,ARC International

Peter Wells is the Director of Solution Architects for ARC International. He is responsible for helping companies understand and leverage the value of ARC's configurable solutions in target applications. Peter's worldwide team includes processor architects, software engineers, and video specialists who partner with customers to assist in the optimization of their ARC-Based system architectures. Peter has been with ARC for close to a decade; prior to ARC, Peter spent 15 years in various roles involving video, audio, graphics, and computer system design.
