| Validation and Compliance Testing Strategies for HyperTransport 3.0 Design |
|
Overview:
With data transfer rates up to 5.2Gb/s, the HyperTransport™ 3.0 bus almost triples the maximum speed of HyperTransport 1.0 and supports a slightly faster data rate than even PCI Express Gen2. As a result, validation and compliance approaches must be taken to the next level as well. Concepts such as fixture de-embedding, for example, must become an integral part of a test plan and toolset. This seminar will introduce the attendee to the main concepts and strategies behind validation and compliance testing of HyperTransport 3.0 silicon and systems, and prepare teams to rapidly bring these designs to market.
