This paper presents a modular system for data logging that uses the "fuzzy sets" theory. The software uses triangle membership functions and standard gravity method, and the microprocessor system configuration includes master and slave modules and has the ability to integrate orthogonal buses with the XT/AT IBM PC standard system bus. The architecture of the master and slave modules and the communication between them are explained in detail.
