BOPS

This paper presents methods for calculating 1-D, 2- D, and Block Discrete Wavelet Transforms (DWT) in parallel on the BOPS ManArray architecture. All transforms are executed without any additional cycles for inter-processor communication. Assembly code and instructions pipelined into BOPS five execution units are presented.
