Developing accurate and versatile models for simulating noise is important in many applications of digital signal processing. This paper considers a new approach to modeling a non-stationary stochastic field. The theoretical background and ideas upon which this equation is based are presented. Numerical algorithms for computing this solution are introduced and results presented to illustrate its characteristics which depend on the random behavior of q(t).
