DESCRIPTION In this course, we will describe the cache configurations of V2, V3, and V4 ColdFire products, the embedded SRAM and the Embedded Flash Module including the EzPort serial flash programming interface. In addition to discussing the on-chip memories, this module discusses the features of the Memory Controllers (DRAM and SDRAM) and the FlexBus.
