Virtualab
M16C/62P is based on the M16C/60 CPU Core and operates on 3.0V at 24MHz (maximum operating frequency when using PLL Synthesizer). Mask ROM, Flash Memory, and ROM-less versions are all available. Internal Flash memory is programmable on a single power source.
