Secure Transaction Applications from NXP
Overview:
In this webinar, attendees will learn of NXP's
many solutions for secured transaction applications. They will learn about the
different contactless cards and readers and how to choose the right one for
their application. They will also learn about 3 different approaches to secured
transactions using 3 different NXP ARM Cortex microcontrollers, from the low
power LPC11Ux Cortex-M0 USB MCU to Cortex-M3 and M4 based solutions which add
vibrant LCD graphics, with or without an on-chip LCD controller.

Juergen
Schroeder, Product Manager of Infrastructure, NXPJuergen Schroeder is the product manager of Infrastructure for NXP and handles the smartcard security controller and RFID/NFC Reader IC's products. He also oversees the customer support for DSP based data acquisition systems for combustion engine development and smartcard security controller. Juergen received his diploma from Electro technique at Ruhr Universität Bochum.

NXPRainer Lutz is the Global Marketing Manager for AFC and Access management in the NXP Business Unit Identification, responsible for the MIFARE DESFire and MIFARE Plus product families and coordinating all activities regarding access management of NXP Semiconductors. He is located in Graz at the NXP development centre for contacless smart card technologies. With a team of business development and account managers he supports individual projects with leading transport operators, system integrators, reader and card manufacturers. He is an active member of standardization committees and a regular speaker at conferences. Rainer holds Masters degrees in Cybernetics, Engineering and Philosophy from the Ecole Centrale Paris and the University of Stuttgart. He is married and proud father of two sons.
