Overview:
NXP offers the latest high- and full-speed USB 2.0 device, host, and On-The-Go (OTG) technology integrated into a wide range of low cost and low power ARM® Cortex™-M based microcontrollers. With support for bulk, interrupt, and isochronous endpoints, EHCI/OHCI compliant host controllers, integrated FS and HS PHY, ROM drivers, and DMA interfaces, NXP has greatly enhanced the USB architecture allowing designers to improve overall performance. This webinar will show you how rapid application development is made possible using NXP Cortex-M based microcontrollers with drivers built right into the chip, and introduce you to our low cost development boards and free software tools that will help you create products quickly, and easily with minimal investment. We'll also discuss our extensive support ecosystem for all our Cortex-M products that include free software stacks, example applications, forums, and development partners.

Dale Sparling is an Applications Engineer at NXP Semiconductors educated at Texas A&M with more than twenty years experience working on and managing microcontroller based applications for the consumer electronics market place. With a focus on embedded software design, Dale has worked on a wide variety of technologies including printers, 3D audio, biometric smartcards, wireless networks, IP Television, and depth sensing cameras.
