Holger Haberla is responsible for guiding X-FAB’s embedded non-volatile memory development since 1999. Prior to this position he developed EPROM, dRAM and sRAM. From 1990 to 1999, he was working on several ASIC projects at Texas Instruments, LSI Logic and Thesys. He was also involved in design flow and mixed-signal design development at Thesys, Erfurt. Holger has a total of more than 25 years design experience in the industry specializing in memory design, testing and yield enhancement.

Holger Haberla holds a diploma and Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from the Technical University Ilmenau, Germany.
