Edward Ladzinski, Systems Engineering, Dassault Systèmes
Edward Ladzinski is the Dassault Systèmes leader for Systems Engineering in the Americas. Prior to joining Dassault Systems, Mr. Ladzinski was the IBM Leader for the CATIA Brand in North America.

Mr. Ladzinski joined IBM in 1978 as a research and development engineer in the Kingston, NY laboratory. After serving in various positions in research & development and product engineering, he joined the IBM marketing and sales division in 1983 concentrating on the IBM CAD/CAM/CAE engineering segments working closely with Dassault Systèmes.

He was a pioneer during the CAD/CAM/CAE revolution serving as an application engineer, sales specialist, marketing manager and as the worldwide IBM PLM Analysis & Simulation Marketing Manager while on assignment in Paris, France. After returning to the United States, he led the IBM analysis & simulation marketing initiative known as EIF (Engineering Innovation Framework) and then served as the IBM sales leader for CATIA sales in the Americas.

Mr. Ladzinski also serves on the NAFEMS North American Steering Committee and is co-founder of the Stochastics Technical Working Group and the Simulation Data Management Working group. He is also the chairman of the Analysis & Simulation Process Interest Committee at COE (CATIA Operators Exchange). He is an engineering graduate of RIT (Rochester Institute of Technology) and performed his graduate work in Engineering and Business at RIT and UNCC (University of North Carolina Charlotte), respectively.
