As clock speeds and communication channels run at ever higher frequencies, engineers who have previously had little need to consider clock jitter and phase noise are finding that they need to increase their knowledge of these subjects. Divided into two parts, the first part of this tutorial provides an overview of jitter and offers practical assistance in making jitter measurements. very good paper on jitter with in-detailed discrimination between time domain and frequency domain. I have few Questions, may i ask here?
