There is widespread consensus that LED lighting is set to become as ubiquitous as incandescent lighting has been up, until now. Legislation in the US, Europe, Australia, and China, is expediting the demise of incandescent bulbs to the benefit of CCFL and LED technologies. Rapid advances in LED technology are making LED lighting viable in an increasing number of applications and installations. As the lumens per Watt, or light output, increases and the cost per lumen decreases, the economics of LED lighting become exponentially more attractive. There are, however, concerns that there may be health issues associated with light flicker present in many LED lamps.

Is there more to this post, or are we just having a "Mr. Obvious" day? I'm glad I clicked over to this; won't make that mistake again.
