Solar panels collect energy from the sun and convert it to electrical energy. Unfortunately, the sun is not consistent throughout the day. Using solar power Maximum Peak Power Tracking, the voltage from solar panels can be configured by the manufacturer to the maximum power point supplying almost any voltage and current depending on the solar cell configuration, utilizing the entire capacity of the provided solar panels.
