QualCore Logic was founded in 1994 as the Virtual IP Group with focus on digital IP. In September 2003, it acquired LEDA Systems, a leader in analog and mixed-signal silicon IP bringing together a unique combination of skills in a single entity. QualCore Logic currently has design and support centers in Sunnyvale, CA, Plano, TX and Hyderabad, India.
