Norcada develops and microfabricates MEMS devices using MEMS technology for a wide range of industrial and scientific applications. Its products include standard silicon nitride membrane windows for the TEM analysis and X-ray microscopy research community, and silicon MEMS micro mirrors for the telecom industry. Norcada also provide MEMS prototype development and microfabrication services.
